✪ Access to the entire 4-bedroom house and private backyard, plus the garage. Nothing is shared.


✪ Total of 4 beds, Sleeps up to 8 Comfortably:

✪ For everyone's safety and security, outside of all our rentals are equipped with security cameras watching and recording the outdoor gates, walkways and building entrances.
✪ Each guest after the 4th guest costs $25 per person, per day. Please make sure to put the right number of guests (adults+kids). It is for us to maintain compliance with the rules of the online booking agencies and our insurance. Un-approved visitors or undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $50/day per each guest or temporary visitor. It doesn't matter if they stay overnight or for just a short period.
✪ All guests are required to electronically agree to the house rules / occupancy agreement.
✪ Less than 5 miles (10-min drive) to the ocean and world renowned Ritz Carlton and Montage resorts where you can experience the great public beaches, restaurants, shops and parks with tennis court and golf course. Halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. Close to I-5 Freeway which can then take you either North to OC/LA attractions (Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott's Berry Farm) or South to San Diego attractions (SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla).
